LuxuryIQ Connect — Trial Terms
- Provider: Digital Luxury Group, DLG SA, CHE-101.525.197, Avenue de la Gare des Eaux-Vives 28, 1208 Geneva, Switzerland
- Contact: hello@digital-luxury.com
- Effective date: 2 September 2026
These terms govern the free LuxuryIQ Connect trial. They do not replace a paid LuxuryIQ SaaS or Connect (MCP) contract.
1. The trial
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the trial: currently 10 prompts after email verification, at no charge, no card required. Tutorial questions do not count against the 10. We may change the allowance, or suspend or end the trial, at any time.
This trial is an in-browser intelligence chat. It does not, in the current product, issue MCP credentials or install a connector into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any other assistant.
2. Who may use it
You must be 18 or over and acting for a business. You must use a work email and accurate identity details. We may refuse or terminate sign-ups from consumers, from competitors of DLG or of the LuxuryIQ product, or for abusive use.
3. Acceptable use
You may not: scrape or resell answers; attempt to extract the underlying data set; share your magic link or account; submit unlawful content, confidential third-party information, or personal data of others in prompts; reverse engineer the service; or use it to build or train a competing product or model.
4. Answers
Answers are generated from LuxuryIQ data domains covering watches and jewellery: search demand, social media, paid advertising, product catalogues, secondary and grey market, and Swiss watch export statistics. They are provided for professional information only. They are not investment, legal, or valuation advice. Some data series update on a lag, as indicated in the product alongside the relevant figures. You remain responsible for how you use the answers.
5. Data
Use of the trial is also governed by the LuxuryIQ Connect Privacy Policy. Conversation logs and session metrics are collected if you accept the in-product disclosure; the trial does not start without it.
6. Intellectual property and use of answers
DLG and its licensors own LuxuryIQ, the data layer, the interface, and the generated presentation of answers. You keep ownership of the wording of your questions.
You may use answers within your organisation and in deliverables you prepare for your own clients, provided LuxuryIQ is credited as the source. You may not publish answers as a standalone research product, redistribute the underlying data, or present LuxuryIQ outputs as your own data set.
7. No warranty; liability
The trial is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we exclude implied warranties. We do not exclude or limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that Swiss law does not allow to be limited (art. 100 CO). For any other claim arising from the free trial, our aggregate liability is limited to CHF 100.
8. Termination
You may stop using the trial at any time and may request deletion of your trial account via hello@digital-luxury.com. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, in particular for breach of section 2 or 3. Sections 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this site at the time of your use. If you continue using the trial after a change, the updated terms apply.
10. Contact / sales
"Talk to our team" is a request for DLG to contact you about LuxuryIQ. It is not a paid order and creates no obligation on either side.
11. General
If a provision of these terms is held invalid, the remainder stays in force and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one closest to its economic intent. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the free trial.
12. Law and venue
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory venue that cannot be waived.
